By using fo99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms have been drafted in compliance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.

The fo99 Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Platform and each registered member. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use the fo99 Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Each person may register only one fo99 account. Attempts to open multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• All information provided in the registration form must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility. You must not allow any third party to access your account.
• Registering with false information is a direct violation of fo99's terms and conditions.

Fo99 may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to complete this may result in account restrictions or withdrawal holds.

Deposits on fo99 can be made easily via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only.
• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement, typically 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Some games may be excluded from bonus balance play — please check the terms of the specific bonus.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

Under fo99's Terms and Conditions, all members are required to play honestly and fairly. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
